“Confidence. Earlier, success meant getting acquired by a Western company. Today, our entrepreneurs aspire to build the next Google or Amazon — from India.”
Q: What are the biggest challenges?
“Regulatory uncertainty, especially in fintech and crypto. Talent retention against global salaries. And building physical product capability, not just software.”
Q: Your advice to young entrepreneurs?
“Start with a real problem you’ve experienced or observed. Don’t chase trends. Build patiently — overnight success usually takes a decade. Hire great people and let them do their work.”
