The National Education Policy 2026 implementation has reached a significant milestone with 28 states and union territories rolling out the new academic framework.
Key reforms include the 5+3+3+4 schooling structure, multidisciplinary university degrees with multiple entry-exit options, and integration of vocational training from class 6 onwards.
The Union Education Minister highlighted that over 30 lakh students have benefited from the new curriculum, with digital learning platforms reaching even the remotest villages.
