India has unveiled an ambitious renewable energy roadmap aimed at achieving 500 GW of non-fossil fuel capacity by 2030, three years ahead of the original Paris Agreement commitment.
The plan includes massive investments in solar parks, offshore wind farms, and green hydrogen production hubs across coastal regions.
State governments have been tasked with creating dedicated renewable energy zones with single-window clearance for private investors.
